Why have we created this site?

This site is to help us better manage your support experience.  Every support request for you is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses on-line.  We provide complete archives and history of all your support requests so it is easy to refer to past tickets to find answers.  

We kindly ask that before submitting a support request, please take a look at our knowledge base on the menu above to see if your question has a published answer.
